Disc Golf Sleepy Scale
The Disc Golf Sleepy Scale is used to determine the condition of used disc golf discs. This rating system is accepted by most disc golf buyers and sellers.
10 – Never thrown, no ink, brand new condition
9 – Field tested or used for one or two rounds, many use this for storage wear as well
8 – Lightly used with very minimal wear
7 – Used with some minor dings or scuffs but still in good shape
6 – Typical used disc with the usual dings, scratches but still worthy
5 – Kinda beat, significant wear, has lost a good bit of it’s stability
4 – Beat up turnover disc with some evident war story wear
3 – or under- Beat to Heck, dog chew toy
DISCMANIA SAYS: The DD2 is our fastest and longest distance driver for pro-level power. However, you need plenty of arm speed to take advantage of its full flight. If you have the power, the speed 13 and glide 5 ratings will ensure that the disc gets well down the fairway before hitting the ground. The wide rim also enables big skip shots if the terrain allows for it.
